PropertyLocationsNigeria is a leading property search website in Nigeria. It is an essential resource for buyers, sellers, landlords, prospective tenants, and estate agents.

How do I obtain more details about a property?

If you would like more information or to arrange a viewing for any property listed for sale or to rent on our website, simply click on the Request Details button for the relevant property or call the telephone number displayed next to the property to contact the estate agent, lawyer, bank/financial institution or developer who is marketing it.

My property details are incorrect. How do I fix this?

Property details come directly from your agent. If you notice incorrect information, contact your agent and ask them to update the listing. Once updated, the changes will appear on our website.

Why is my property still listed after it has been sold or rented?

Your property may remain visible until your agent updates its status. If the sale or rental is complete, contact your agent to update the listing. You may also click the Report Listing button on the property page to report the listing if there is an issue.

My home is for sale via an agent, but it is not listed on PropertyLocationsNigeria. Why?

If your agent uploads properties to PropertyLocationsNigeria, your listing should appear once they submit it. If not, ask your agent to list their properties on our platform for maximum exposure.

I contacted an agent but have not received a reply. What should I do?

We apologise for the delay. We encourage agents to respond promptly. In the meantime, we recommend calling the agent directly using the phone number on the listing.

How much does it cost to advertise a property?

Advertising requires a monthly payment. The amount is shown during the payment step.

How long does my advert stay active?

Each advert is valid for one rolling month from the date of payment.

Can I upload multiple property photos?

Yes, you can upload up to 48 photos for each advert.
