What is PropertyLocationsNigeria and what services do we offer?

PropertyLocationsNigeria is a leading property search website in Nigeria. It is an essential resource for buyers, sellers, landlords, prospective tenants, and estate agents. We are not estate agents but we aim to be where Nigerian property seekers to find details of all properties available to buy or rent.

How do I obtain more details about a property?

If you would like more information or to arrange a viewing for any property listed for sale or to rent on our website, simply click on the Request Details button for the relevant property or call the telephone number displayed next to the property to contact the estate agent, lawyer, bank/financial institution or developer who is marketing it. PropertyLocationsNigeria is not itself an Estate Agent. We only display the properties provided to us.

My property details are incorrect. How do I fix this?

Property details come directly from your agent. If you notice incorrect information, contact your agent and ask them to update the listing. Once updated, the changes will appear on our website.

Why is my property still listed after it has been sold or rented?

Your property may remain visible until your agent updates its status. If the sale or rental is complete, contact your agent to update the listing. You may also click the Report Listing button on the property page to report the listing if there is an issue.

My home is for sale via an agent, but it is not listed on PropertyLocationsNigeria. Why?

If your agent uploads properties to PropertyLocationsNigeria, your listing should appear once they submit it. If not, ask your agent to list their properties on our platform for maximum exposure.

I contacted an agent but have not received a reply. What should I do?

We apologise for the delay. We encourage agents to respond promptly. In the meantime, we recommend calling the agent directly using the phone number on the listing.

How much does it cost to advertise a property?

Advertising requires a monthly payment. The amount is shown during the payment step.

How long does my advert stay active?

Each advert is valid for one rolling month from the date of payment.

Can I upload multiple property photos?

Yes, you can upload up to 48 photos for each advert.

How do I upload our listings?

You can upload your listing by signing up as an agent and adding your property via the “Members Utilties” section of the website.

Is there any limit to the number of properties I can list?

No, you may market as many for sale/to rent listings as you like.

How do I know when I receive a lead?

All leads will be sent directly via email to the contact email you provided at the time of registering. This may be amended at any time to provide a correct email address.

Why don't all the properties have full details and photos?

While PropertyLocationsNigeria encourages all our agents/advertisers to provide us with full property details with as much information as possible, not all agents/advertisers are able and some choose not to comply. Sometimes, an agent might want to post a newly available property before he/she has had an opportunity to take photographs or prepare a full description. This is ultimately their decision. If you want more information on a property you have seen on PropertyLocationsNigeria, we recommend that you contact the agent directly.
